Frequently Asked Questions
When does the course start and finish?
For full courses, the course starts as soon as you make your purchase and ends after 12 months.
For single unit courses, the course starts as soon as you make your purchase and ends after 3 months.
Both options offer a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and how quickly you want to complete it.
Should I enroll using my email address or my child's?
Typically parents will use their email address since any correspondence between us will be sent to the address used in the enrollment.
Is there a textbook that is required for the course?
Nope! All material needed can be downloaded and printed directly from the website.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
Can I get a high school credit for taking these courses?
At this time, we are not an accredited school. However, it may be possible to challenge the final exam at your local high school for a credit, issued through that school. Please contact the principal at your local high school to find out if this is a possibility, should you be interested in doing so.
Why are the full courses listed twice, with different prices?
There are 2 options when choosing the full course that’s right for you. The cheaper of the two courses provides you with the answer keys for all unit tests so that you can correct the tests yourself. The more expensive course does not include the answer keys for the unit tests. Instead you will send us your completed test and we will mark and grade your test, then return it back to you.
I can't find the course I'm looking for! Where is it?
If you can't find a course in the list of courses we have available, please contact us with the course that you're looking for and we will do our best to make that a reality.
Is it normal to love these courses so much?
Why yes, yes it is.😍
